Financial independence is the true foundation of dignity. To assist women from low-income households in our local village community, the BSAR Foundation launched its first vocational tailoring and handicraft training center in Siwan.
Under this program, we set up a training hub equipped with sewing machines and raw materials. Experienced tutors have been hired to provide 3 months of comprehensive training to an initial batch of 25 women.
Upon completion of this training, the foundation will assist these women in forming self-help cooperatives to secure work orders from nearby towns, fostering local micro-enterprise growth and keeping families self-reliant.
