Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bishwambharpur Sehat And Rahat Foundation holds a deep level of respect and accountability for every donation received from our well-wishers and donors. We appreciate your financial support for our healthcare, education, and livelihood missions.

1. Donation Refunds

Under ordinary circumstances, donations made to a non-profit organization (charitable trust) are non-refundable. The funds received are immediately allocated towards ongoing community welfare drives and materials procurement.

2. Exceptions & Accidental Transactions

However, we recognize that mistakes can happen (e.g., entering an incorrect zero in the amount or double transactions due to bank processing delays). In such cases:

• You must raise a refund request via email within **7 days** of the transaction date.
• Send your request to info@bsarfoundation.com with the subject line "Donation Refund Request".
• Provide the transaction screenshot, transaction ID, date, amount, and the reason for requesting a refund.

3. Processing Time

Upon verifying the transaction details with our bank (Kotak Mahindra Bank), we will process the eligible refund. The amount will be credited back to the original source account within **10-15 working days** after verification.
